You don't share your message with the world — you share it with one specific person. Before you can craft a message that converts, you need to know exactly who that person is and what keeps them up at night. The clearer you are about them, the more magnetic your message becomes.
Question 01
Who is the person you most want to work with?
Their title, their world, their context. Be specific — not "executives" but "B2B executives who lead teams and want more visibility."
Question 02
What is the moment right before they find you?
What just happened? What are they frustrated with? What did they just realize isn't working?
Question 03
What do they urgently want in the next 90 days?
Not what they need — what do they WANT? Revenue, visibility, clarity, recognition, a specific result?

How do you describe this person in one sentence — so people know exactly who to refer to you?
This sentence will become the opening of your Power Message.
Your message doesn't come from what you sell. It comes from who you are — your operating system, your unique way of seeing and solving, the thing that stays consistent whether you're selling one thing or pivoting to the next. This is what people are actually buying.

When your best client calls you — what problem were they having the moment before they picked up the phone?
The real problem. Not the surface one.

What do you do in the first conversation that makes them trust you instantly?
What do you see, say, or do that others miss? This is your superpower.
Question 07
What changes when you walk into a room?
What shifts? What do people feel, see, or decide differently because of your presence?
Question 08
What is the one thing you bring that no one else can replicate — regardless of what you're selling?
This is your throughline. The thing that stays true across every product, pivot, and conversation.
Your offer is the bridge between where your client is now (Reality) and where they want to be (Possibility). The more vividly you can describe both sides of that bridge, the more your message will resonate — and the easier it becomes to define exactly what you're selling and why it matters.
Question 09 — Reality
What does life look and feel like for your client RIGHT NOW — before they work with you?
Be specific and visceral. What are they experiencing? What is costing them — in money, time, confidence, opportunity?
Question 10 — Possibility
What does life look and feel like AFTER they work with you?
What has changed? What can they do now that they couldn't before? What is the specific result they've achieved?
Question 11 — Your Bridge
What do you do specifically that helps them cross from Reality to Possibility?
Not your method — the outcome your method produces. What do people get, know, or become because of working with you?
Question 12 — Your Offer
What is the ONE thing you are offering right now — with a clear price and a clear outcome?
One offer. One number. One type of person it serves. If you have many — which one converts fastest and matters most right now?
Now we pull it all together. Your Power Message is not a tagline or a bio — it is the one clear, magnetic statement that makes people immediately understand who you serve, what you do, and why only YOU can do it this way. In today's world you have 30 seconds. This is what you say.
